Why do we work for AAA? Absurdity and Proud

AAA is a movement body that creates "Man's Square".
Serious problems, such as paying the rent and eating are taken into desire for substances = capital logic and it is the present condition to have spent all energy for the only desire which is to obtain money. In the awful case, obtaining money is the only purpose. That is, the poverty of the spirit has been forced on Man more and more in material richness. Essential problems, such as how and for what to live are forgotten, and it is the actual condition to appear the material desire in front of Man.

AAA has certainly been sacrificing this material necessity. There is no satisfaction because of low salary for teachers and staff, long working hours, severe work and deficit financing. However, in any case we have continued free classes and reading parties, and also have continued St. Joseph and Paris-shin even if we were in deficit financing. Still movie evenings have been continued. A cleanup is done by the staff. We made computers and painted walls. It is because we don’t have money and also we want all people who came here to feel how warm this place which was created by ourselves is. We, who want to create the human village, think that this is the specific actions made by hands which build souls inside and outside of ourselves. Teachers and staff are young and serious, and help us to create the human village. Now we have weekly programs and are not only making materials but educational environments.

We are proud of AAA and the lessons because of our history. We pursue problems in the field. Many students at AAA are looking for who they are and what they really want to do. We are alive to offer the place to think, to walk together, to be worried, and to share. The human village is the place to communicate with others, to feel the warmth of it, to realize the use of being oneself.
If AAA had been an ordinary company, it would have failed many times. If it had failed, it would have been easier. But souls in the human village keep going forward as far as humans are alive. We are not allowed to even fail. We have to keep fighting this war everlastingly which might be meaningless. No one might understand about it but fighting the meaningless war is the real courage. The joy of surviving this war is the souls in the village.

All AAA does loses meanings when languages and education turn into tools. When they create humans’ souls, our existence has meanings. Languages = human beings that AAA thinks means impression, pain, satisfaction, sorrow and a cry of existence. Therefore AAA is movement through linguistics based on the followings;

1) It is the place where various people gather with their sense of value.
2) It is the place where independent people gather.
3) It is the place to look for who we are and what we live for.
4) It is the place to create the human village by hand as much as possible.

As mentioned above, AAA, that has the corporate purpose, demands the following.
AAA is the real place of the individual value. In other words, we think about AAA as the place where helps us to achieve what is important for us. In AAA, each value mixes chaos, crash, and burn energy. Therefore, each person should think about the following;
-Value
-Something interested or favorite
-Knowledge
-Ability
-Defect
-Environment

To look for reasons why we are alive means to worry a lot, to stuff it, to scale it, to go through evaluation, to think it over, and to have a conflict. When you decide something really important for your life, it is better to make a list and marshal it before taking a step forward. Then you will be able to know how to get over defects, to change knowledge into ability, and to go beyond the limit. What to do is systematized and at the same time it will be clear to see where you are and the goal.
In other words, it will define oneself who has history and oneself who is ready for the future, and places and meanings of themselves can be found. On the other hand, it will be more complete if others’ viewpoints are obtained.
Work is to create value or an activity of Man. This “value” can be material, spirit, emotion, and knowledge.

If it goes ideally, it contributes to satisfaction, then to people, such as family, friends, coworkers, acquaintances, to the community where you belong, to all human beings, to living things on earth, and finally to the universe but real life is not that easy. Satisfaction in each level clashes, conflicts, and causes disputes.

If the conclusion is requested, it will be that I would be alive for the joy because satisfaction of me, who is the creator of value, is high if an object of satisfaction by my work is quantitatively more and more.

One of my friends who quit working and started business says, “Work means all actions for others but even if you do something for others, the action doesn’t completely make them satisfied. Work is a chance to confirm it               and a chance for them to attest the action.” As an annotation, I think he meant like this; “When I think that it is great by working alone, actually it is nothing special for others or is a disturbance. It often happens.” Finally this attestation will be embodied to monetary evaluations.

Receptionists and press officers tell confidence and pride that they have in their job to others. Each section has to ask themselves what kind of value they make and how they increase it.
1/ What do I do to make value in the process?

2/ Do I agree with it?
A/ Can I make the section profitable?
B/ Can I be pleased with being responsible in the section?

3/ What do other members do?
Confirmation of each ability and responsibility of other members: do they agree?
A/ Can the quality of lessons be raised?
B/ Do teachers accept the meaning of joining AAA?
C/ Do they join not only lessons but AAA campaign?
D/ Do they receive it as their joy?
E/ Are lessons profitable?

Our activities are to let many people know value that we are making, teach it, and agree with it.
What we have to do first is this; don’t sell anything if you are not proud of it!
We should not sell anything without confidence.
